    14th of February 2023, the day where we celebrate our love with one another. Our love to our neighbors, friends, and to our family. The day where we express our affection with greetings and gifts.    Valentines day is one of the days where I look forward to. And this year's Valentines day was one of the most unforgettable because I experienced a lot of new experiences. Me and my classmates got the chance to exchange gifts with one another. Our classroom was filled with happiness and love as we received every gift from our classmates. We also got to experience watching our classmates get married at the marriage booth and it was so fun. And as I celebrate valentine's day at home, I celebrate it by having a simple dinner with my family.     Valentines day was not only about couples, because it is also about our family, friends and the people around us and how we show and express our love to them. And I did spent valentine's day well.

Kannawidan festival is the festival where we celebrate and remember the separation of the two Ilocos provinces in 1818. This festival is being celebrated every year by the people living in Ilocos sur. And this month of the year 2023, we are celebrating it. Kannawidan Festival brings joy and happiness to every person in Ilocos sur as it provides a lot of different activities that you will surely enjoy. There are activities such as cooking that feature the best of ilocano dishes, and performances which are performed by the people of Ilocos sur. There are also many artists and singers who come to visit and celebrate with us the kannawidan festival where they do a concert and make the crowd lively. And of course they won't miss to build something like markets to sell different kinds of local products where a lot of people come to visit and buy.  Kannawidan Festival is not only being celebrated by us locals but also the people from all around the world who come and visit.
